This policy explains what Sana: Diet & Workout ("Sana", "we") collects, why, and how you control it. Sana is published by SUPER KIM KIMYA VE TEKSTIL SANAYI TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI.
1. Data we collect
Profile and health information you enter
Sex, age, height, weight, activity level, goal, dietary preferences and allergies, body measurements, and your weight history. This is used only to calculate your targets and build your plans.
Activity in the app
Meals you log, foods you scan, recipes you save, workouts and sessions you complete, your shopping list and reminder settings.
Coach conversations
Messages you send to the diet coach or fitness coach, and a summary of your profile and plan, are sent to our server and forwarded to OpenAI to generate the reply. OpenAI processes this data under its API terms and does not use it to train models. Do not share medical or other sensitive details you do not want processed this way.
Account information (optional)
By default Sana creates an anonymous account tied to your device. If you choose to link an email address and password, we store them so you can sign in on another device.
Barcode lookups
When you scan a barcode, the product code is sent to Open Food Facts (openfoodfacts.org) to fetch nutrition facts. No personal data is included in that request.
Camera
The camera is used only to read barcodes on the device. Images are not stored or uploaded.
2. What we do not collect
Sana contains no advertising, no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs, and does not read Apple Health, contacts, location or photos. We do not sell or share personal data for advertising.
3. Where data is stored
Your data is stored in a Supabase database hosted on cloud infrastructure, protected by row-level security so that only your account can read your records. Data is encrypted in transit.
4. How long we keep it
Until you delete it. You can delete everything from inside the app at any time (Settings → Reset all records). Anonymous accounts that have been inactive for 12 months may be removed.
5. Your rights
You can export a complete JSON copy of your data (Settings → Export) and delete all of it (Settings → Reset all records), which also deletes your account. If you are in the EU/EEA, UK or Türkiye you also have the right to access, rectify, restrict and object, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. 6. Children
Sana is not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
7. Changes
We will post updates to this page and change the date above. Material changes will be announced in the app.

Topladığımız veriler

Uygulama etkinliği: kaydettiğin öğünler, taradığın ürünler, tarifler, tamamladığın antrenmanlar, alışveriş listesi ve hatırlatıcı ayarları.
Koç konuşmaları: diyet veya antrenman koçuna gönderdiğin mesajlar ile profil ve plan özetin sunucumuza iletilir ve yanıt üretmek için OpenAI'ye aktarılır. OpenAI bu verileri API koşulları kapsamında işler ve model eğitiminde kullanmaz.
Hesap (isteğe bağlı): varsayılan olarak cihazına bağlı anonim bir hesap oluşturulur. E-posta ve şifre bağlarsan bunları başka cihazda giriş yapabilmen için saklarız.
Barkod sorguları: taradığın ürün kodu besin değerleri için Open Food Facts'e gönderilir; kişisel veri içermez. Kamera yalnızca cihaz üzerinde barkod okumak için kullanılır, görüntü saklanmaz.
Toplamadıklarımız
Reklam, üçüncü taraf analitik veya izleme SDK'sı yoktur. Apple Sağlık, kişiler, konum veya fotoğraflara erişilmez. Kişisel veriler reklam amacıyla satılmaz veya paylaşılmaz.
Saklama ve haklarınız
Veriler Supabase bulut veritabanında, yalnızca kendi hesabının erişebildiği satır düzeyi güvenlikle saklanır. Ayarlar'dan tüm verilerinin JSON kopyasını alabilir ve "Tüm kayıtları sıfırla" ile hesabınla birlikte silebilirsin. KVKK ve GDPR kapsamındaki erişim, düzeltme, silme ve itiraz hakların için muhammedyigitcanpolatt@gmail.com adresine yazabilirsin. Sana 16 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir.
